On the Development side, STRATOS manages the Planning process, feasibility studies, develop an array of alternatives to develop forward-thinking transaction strategies and negotiate terms to produce the desired result.

We prefer to be involved early in the project life-cycle to evaluate the potential sources and uses of funds and help determine whether a project can be viably funded and paid for within reasonable time frames. We will educate the client about various structures of financing and based on feedback create a full financing package that can be used to competitively procure funding sources for a given project.

We have vast experience working with construction and permanent financing, mezzanine debt, equity sources, pledge lines of credit, and other institutional and non-institutional sources and can help structure and obtain tax-exempt and taxable bonds and notes for our clients’ projects.

Our Approach

The STRATOS approach is to focus on a review of the short term cash flow forecast, providing detailed analysis and proposed sensitivities on the Business Plan, based upon:

  • A review of future trends and the positioning of the business
  • Indicative valuation of the business as a whole and of its key component parts
  • Financial review based on detailed historical analysis
  • Practical commentary on the potential options available to the business, including refinancing, restructuring and potential insolvency

Typically our work will result in a series of recommendations and action points that we are also able to assist with their implementation. They are designed to preserve and maintain long term value
